Was born in 1978 in Slonim, Grodno region.

He graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University in 2001, and from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2015.

In 2001, he started his career as a leading economist of the Budget Inspectorate of the Financial Department of the Administration of the Partizanskydistrict of Minsk.

In 2004-2008 worked in Zavodsky district administration of Minsk (Deputy Head of Department - Head of the Budget Inspectorate of the Finance Department, Deputy Head of Financial Department - Head of Budget Department, Deputy Head of Financial Department).

From 2008 to 2010 was the Head of the Finance Department of the Administration of the Frunzenski district of Minsk.

From 2010 to 2012 he was the Head of the Local Budgets Department of the Main Department of Fiscal Policy of the Ministry of Finance.

From 2012 to 2015 - First Deputy Head of the Administration of Zavodsky district of Minsk.

In 2015-2021 - FirstDeputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection.

June 18, 2021 - was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
