 Belarus has set up a state control committee to monitor the entrance campaign in 2024. The relevant decree was signed by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. The State Control Committee will monitor the preparation and conduct of all stages of the entrance campaign in 2024, including the centralised examination as part of the final certification of the secondary school course.

 

Deputy Prime Minister Igor Petrishenko has been appointed as the Chairman of the Commission. One of the Deputy Chairmen of the commission is Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee Andrei Lobovich. The state commission includes representatives of parliament, state administration bodies, supervisory bodies and public organisations.

 

Similarly to previous years, control at all stages of entrance examinations, as well as during the admission of documents and enrolment will be carried out by officials of the State Control Committee.

 

For the period of the entrance campaign, the chairman of the State Control Committee decides to set up a working group to ensure the activities of the State Control Committee. The head of the working group is Julia Avkhukova, Head of the Main Department of Budget and Finance Control of the State Control Committee.

 

The working group will start its work from 20 May.
