The event was attended by representatives of supreme audit institutions (SAIs) of CIS countries. The State Control Committee was represented by the heads and staff of a number of structural subdivisions of the central office, as well as regional State Control Committees.
Representatives of the Accounts Chamber of Azerbaijan spoke about the experience of state audit of information systems. The report considered:
- methodological foundations of the state audit of information systems;
- experience of audit of e-government and state cloud technologies;
- ways of development of audit of information systems.
The seminar also considered the experience of the Chamber of Accounts of the Russian Federation. The participants of the seminar learnt about the features, tasks and infrastructure of the audit of state information systems in Russia. They discussed the tasks and organisational and practical approaches to conducting an IT audit.
