The seminar is organized by the National Audit Office
of China (NAO) and is held for employees of the supreme audit institutions of
the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) countries.
The participants of the seminar will learn about the
experience of the SAI in conducting financial audit, big data audit, investment
audit, environmental audit, computer audit and others. At the same time,
representatives of each of the participating states will make presentations on
how the state audit is conducted in their countries.
Representatives of the State Control Committee are
participating in the seminar at the invitation of Hou Kai, Auditor General of
the National Audit Office. It should be noted that the two countries' supreme
audit institutions have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in 2023.
The Republic of Belarus is a member of the Shanghai
Cooperation Organization from 2024.
