The Chairman of the State Control Committee Vasily Gerasimov received citizens in the Administration of the President of Belarus on March 17, 2022. Residents of Brest Oblast and Minsk appealed to the head of the control agency.
Thus, a resident of Olshany, Stolin district, reported violations of land laws, sanitary-epidemiological rules and urban planning norms associated with the construction of her neighbors' outbuildings for keeping pets. As a result of the meeting with the complainant Vasily Gerasimov instructed the employees of the State Control Committee to study the situation on site, specialists of the services concerned will be involved in the consideration of the issue.
Another appeal was about the disagreement with the court decision, according to which a resident of Minsk was evicted from a house, built by one of the farms of the Minsk region. During the reception, the head of the control agency explained the procedure for appealing against court decisions, as well as recommended to contact the local authorities to address the issue of buying a vacant house, possibly in another region of the country
In addition, the applicants applied on the issues of exemption from payment of customs duties and utilization fees for the imported car (taking into account disability of the applicant's daughter) and reasonable spending of budget funds for repair of a rental apartment.
All citizens who addressed to the head of the control agency will receive answers in accordance with the law.
