The delegation of the Belarusian State Control Committee took part in the Meeting of the Heads of the Supreme Audit Institutions of Visegrad group 4+2 that was held in Spišská Nová Ves (Slovakia) on 10-12 September 2017.The event was attended by the Heads of SAIs of Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Austria and also authorized representatives of SAI of Slovenia and Moldova. The SAIs of Belarus and Moldova were invited to the meeting as active observers. The Belarusian delegation was led by Chairman of the State Control Committee Leonid Anfimov.
In the focus of discussion were the relevant issues related to the quality of audit, analytical activities of SAIs and information exchange.
Chairman of the State Control Committee Leonid Anfimov delivered a report on the analytical activities of the Belarusian supreme audit institution. There was also a presentation of the State Control Committee .
The participants of the event met with Ján Volný, Mayor of the Town Spišská Nová Ves.
The meeting ended with the adoption by group members of Spiš Declaration.

It is composed of the Heads of the Supreme Audit Institutions of the Visegrad states (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia) and also Austria and Slovenia. The mission of Visegrad Group 4 + 2 is to identify common topics and interests in external state audits; to discuss the issues affecting the common interests and develop approaches to their solution; to establish a forum for the exchange of ideas and positions on matters of common interest; to represent common interests in the area of external state audit in the Contact Committee of the Heads of EU SAIs and European Court of Auditors.
