On May 27, 2021 Chairman of the State Control Committee Vasily Gerasimov made a working trip to the Brest region, where he held a personal reception of citizens and took part in a meeting of the regional executive committee.
Personal reception of citizens took place by videoconference. Residents of remote areas of the Brest region had the opportunity to contact Vasily Gerasimov via a video link organized in the district executive committees.
Basically, there were questions related to the improvement of living conditions, land use and improvement.
The SAI head also took part in a meeting of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, at which the issues of organizing nutrition for children in educational institutions and their recreation in summer camps were discussed. He pointed out the shortcomings in the organization of nutrition for schoolchildren, emphasizing the need to strengthen control over the foods quality, centralize procurement and eliminate mediation schemes. The SAI Head paid special attention to strengthening the material and technical base of summer recreation camps and ensuring balanced nutrition for children.
On the same day, Vasily Gerasimov visited Ivatsevichdrev OJSC, where he got acquainted with the work of the enterprise and discussed problematic issues and development prospects with its managers.
