SAIs of Belarus and Russia analyzed the execution of the Union State budget for the first half of 2021

The State Control Committee of Belarus and the Accounts Chamber of Russia analyzed the results of the execution of the Union State budget for the first half of 2021.
It was noted that the income budget of the Union State was executed in the amount of 2543.6 million Russian rubles, which amounted to 100.4% of the half-year volume of revenues provided for in the consolidated budget list.
Non-refundable transfers from member states amounted to 2,264.5 million rubles (100% of the stipulated six-month amount). Contributions from participating States have been reduced by 10% in 2021.
The Union State budget expenditures for the first half of the year were made in the amount of 1927.8 million rubles (77%). Cash execution of expenditures for the implementation of 9 Union State programs amounted to 1272.3 million rubles (85.8%). Due to the spread of coronavirus infection, funding was not allocated for 9 events planned for the first half of the year (147.9 million rubles).
Over the six months, the amount of balances increased by 347.1 million rubles (by 63.2%) and amounted to 896.7 million rubles.
An operational report on the execution of the Union State budget for January-June 2021 will be sent to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia and the Standing Committee of the Union State.
