Representatives of the State Control Committee took part in the meeting of the INTOSAI Working Group on Sustainable Development Goals

Employees of the State Control Committee took part in the second meeting of the INTOSAI Working Group on Sustainable Development Goals and Key Sustainable Development Indicators. The event took place in the format of a video conference.
Representatives of the Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) of Slovakia, China, Turkey, Peru shared their experience in conducting SDGs audits. The summary results of studies on assessing macroeconomic forecasts and auditing the SDGs implementation are presented.
The meeting participants discussed the practical issues of creating an online platform for hosting training seminars, webinars, libraries and databases, in demand by auditors, as well as the topic of the First online INTOSAI Chair International Scientific and Practical Conference.
It was decided to include the Supreme Audit Institutions of the Philippines and Estonia in members of the Working Group.
The work plan for 2021-2022 was approved.
