Control over the implementation of the legislation on the control (auditing) activity

Belarus President Edict No. 510 “On the Improvement of Control (Auditing) Activities in the Republic of Belarus” has tasked the State Control Committee with controlling the fulfillment of the decree, drawing-up and fulfillment of auditing plans in the oblasts and the city of Minsk. The Committee looks into the advisability of the audits planned by government agencies and other organizations. The Committee analyzes audit registration books kept by organizations and examines the justification behind entering records into the audit registration books. The observation of Edict No. 510 is evaluated when business entities petition the State Control Committee about the advisability of audits.
